Don't you just love to walk into bookstores and stumble upon a great read? It doesn't come by too often especially since I've long come to realise that fiction of the thriller, mystery, fantasy kind are not up my alley.. so I do find it quite satisfying to come across the ones that are interesting and that are not the types of which I've bitten more of which than I can chew (case in point: the black swan & anna karenina)..

Stumbled upon this book completely by chance at Kino. Wasn't looking for anything but just decided to buy it on a whim in line with my resolution to read more heh. Personally, a whole lot more insightful than the undercover economist and completely relatable to. Even subscribed myself to the author's RSS feed to get more titbits :)

In fact, I was actually looking for this book which I had stumbled upon during my previous kino browsing trip. I think they should have just used this textbook for Accounting 101 back in Uni. It's a hell lotta easier to understand and then you also wonder about how people can actually make a living out of guessing the stock market by the rate of buying/selling etc. especially contrary to Buffett's techniques that make a hell lotta more sense.
